The Kenya U17 National Team lost 5-1 to Algeria in its second match of the Union of North African Federations U18 Tournament played on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at the Tolip Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria, Egypt.

Coming on the back of a narrow 1-0 loss in the tournament’s opening match against Egypt, Kenya was determined to make amends.

A brace by Mohamed Boukerma, coupled with a goal apiece by Adel Amar Bouzida, Lotfi Aouane, and Islem Belkhir, however, saw Kenya fall for the second time in the five nation tournament.

Focus now shifts to the third match against Tanzania on Friday before the Junior Stars wind up with a match against Morocco on Sunday.
