After much deliberations, club officials were all in unison to the 2020/21 season kicking off on Saturday, December 12, 2020.
Some of the issues covered include the COVID 19 protocols set in place by the Ministry Of Health and Ministry of Sports Culture and Heritage and the teams’ preparedness as we edge closer to the league kick-off.
Moving forward, the 2021/22 season will feature the unified Women Premier League with a total of 12 clubs with the Women Division one League also having a total of 12 teams in each of the two zones.
A proposed FKF Women regional league is also set to be introduced as the third tier league which will feature the competing eight regions across the country.
