Tusker has maintained their seven-point advantage over Sofapaka after a 1-1 draw in the matchday six Betking Premier League action at the MISC Kasarani.

A delivery by Titus Achesa to Captain Elli Asieche gave Sofapaka the lead at the 6th minute. However, just before the interval Tusker’s forward Luke Namanda took advantage of the throw-in and replied with the equalizer in the 25th minute.

Upon resumption, stakes were raised as both teams were in search of the winning goal, however, their efforts fell naught at the sound of the buzzer with scores of 1-1.

Meanwhile, Bidco United registered their first win against Vihiga United with Nelson Chieta’s lone goal in the 37th minute.
