Ushuru got back to the summit of the FKF National Super League following a 3-0 win over Modern Coast Rangers at the Ruaraka Grounds.

This was heavily aided by Wazito’s 1-0 loss to Nairobi Stima in yet another match played at the Karuturi Grounds  in Naivasha.

Paul Kiongera struck twice for Ushuru, with Alex Sunga also on target, as the Taxmen clocked 38 points, similar to Wazito, who however have an inferior goal difference.

Nairobi Stima, meanwhile, remain the only side yet to taste defeat 17 matches into the 2018/19 season. The Powermen are third with 37 points.

The biggest scoreline was registered at the Afraha Stadium in Nakuru where St Joseph Youth whitewashed Migori Youth 7-1 while at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu, hosts Kisumu All Stars beat Fortune Sacco 4-0.
