Ushuru will be up against Thika United in the second leg of the KPL promotion/relegation playoff scheduled for today, December 24, 2017, at the Narok County Stadium.
Guests Thika United have an upper hand ahead of the tie, having won the first leg 2-1 at the Thika sub-county Stadium.
Musa Saad and Onwudi Chibueze were on target for Thika, while Ushuru’s lone goal was scored by Mohammed Hassan.
The taxmen will need to win the match by at least two goals to guarantee themselves a place in the top tier next season. A draw, meanwhile, will be enough for the guests to retain their top-flight status.
