Deposed champions Thika Queens will take on defending champions Vihiga Queens in one of eight FKF Women Premier League matches lined up this weekend.

The match, a repeat of last year’s play-off final, is set to be played on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at the Thika sub-county Stadium, starting 3 pm.

Thika Queens was dislodged from the summit last weekend by Eldoret Falcons, following Falcons’ 14-0 win over Baringo Starlets in Eldoret. Thika, however, has three games in hand over the Eldoret based side.

Vihiga Queens, meanwhile, has won all of her opening four matches of the 2018 campaign. The defending champions are fifth with 12 points, five less than league leaders Eldoret Falcons, who have played four matches more.

Spedag

In Mombasa, Spedag will play two matches, against Makolanders on Saturday and Mathare United Women on Sunday. Both matches are set to be played at the Mbaraki Sports Club.

Mathare United Women will also face Mombasa Olympic on Saturday while Makolander’s second match in Mombasa will be against Mombasa Olympic at the Mbaraki Sports Club.
