FKF National Super League debutants Isibania will travel to the Mumias Sports Complex to take on Vihiga United while Modern Coast Rangers will be in the Capital to face Nairobi City Stars. Second placed Ushuru will not be in action this weekend. The matches will be played on Saturday August 5 and Sunday August 6 2017

League Leaders Vihiga United opened up a four-point lead at the top with a 5-0 drubbing of Administration Police last week and will be looking to extend the lead further when they face Isibania at the Mumias Sports Complex on Saturday. Isibania has given a good account of itself this season; the debutants are 11th on the log with 19 points from 18 matches. The match kicks off at 1 pm

Two matches will be aired live on free to air channel Bamba Sports on Saturday at Camp Toyoyo. First on the live matches roster will be a clash between lukewarm KCB and Eldoret based GFE 105. KCB, fifth on the log with 36 points from 19 matches, will be hoping to close in the gap with fourth placed Wazito FC. GFE, on the other hand, will be looking to bounce back from their shocking 1-2 loss to Police at their own backyard

The second live match of the day will see Wazito face off with FC Talanta. Wazito lost footing in their pursuit for promotion, losing 1-0 to Police before dropping two further points in a 0-0 stalemate with Police. A win over Talanta, who have dropped to 13th after a 1-0 loss to Modern Coast Rangers, will push Wazito to at least third place, depending on the outcome of Nairobi Stima’s match against MOSCA

MOSCA will host Nairobi Stima in the third match of the day at the same venue. The Ministry of Sports sponsored side has struggled for the better part of this season, having been rock bottom since match week one. Nairobi Stima will be hoping to get a routine win over their opponents that could push them to second on the log

Kenya Police will also be gunning for their fifth win in a row when they host Agro Chemicals at the Karuturi Grounds in Naivasha. Police shocked GFE 105 1-2 in their last match, only four days after pulling another 1-0 upset on Wazito. The law enforcers have risen to seventh on the log with 28 points from 19 matches

Bidco United will also be up against Administration Police at the Thika sub-county Stadium. Bidco narrowly fell to Ushuru FC 3-2 in their last match and will be looking forward to a swift comeback. AP heavily lost to Vihiga United last weekend. A positive result in Thika could be perfect redemption

At the Moi Stadium in Kisumu, Palos will be at home to St Joseph Youth. Palos, sixth on the log with 28 points from 19 matches, will be looking to build onto the 0-0 draw with Nairobi Stima in Naivasha. St Joseph Youth, on the other hand, cannot afford to lose a match, having been stuck in the relegation zone for the better part of the first leg

Two matches will be played on Sunday, a double header pitting Kibera Black Stars against Nakuru All Stars and Nairobi City Stars against Modern Coast Rangers. Both matches will be played at Camp Toyoyo
