Nine FKF National Super League matches have been lined up this weekend, Saturday, September 9, and Sunday, September 10, 2017, with two of them set to be aired live on Bamba Sports

Vihiga United will be hosting Wazito on Sunday, September 10, 2017, at the Mumias Sports Complex. Vihiga has failed to win in their last two matches, against Modern Coast Rangers and Nairobi Stima, and will be hoping to get back to winning ways to keep alive their promotion chase. Wazito, on the other hand, has not been in action since their goalless stalemate with Palos in August. The side has since dropped to fifth in the standings, albeit with two games in hand

Two matches will be aired live from Camp Toyoyo on Sunday. The first match will pit Administration Police against Nairobi Stima at 2 pm before Nairobi City Stars face off with Nakuru All Stars at 4.15 pm

Nairobi Stima made their intentions for a chance in the Premier League next season clear when they edged out league leaders Vihiga United 1-0 before being held to a 1-1 draw by second placed Ushuru. The Powermen come up against Administration Police, who have failed to win in their last four matches. A win for Stima will be enough to keep them among the top three

Nairobi City Stars will also be hoping to take advantage of Nakuru All Stars’ slump in form when the two sides face off in the second live match of the day. Nakuru All Stars has only managed one win in nine matches while Nairobi City Stars is unbeaten in seven matches

Saturday Double Header

There will be a double header at Camp Toyoyo on Saturday. The first match will see KCB face off with Kenya Police at 2 pm before Ushuru host St Joseph Youth at 4.15 pm. KCB dropped points in their last match against Kibera Black Stars at the same venue on Wednesday and will be looking to get maximum points off Kenya Police if they really are in line for promotion. Kenya Police, meanwhile, will be looking to regain winning form, coming on the back of dropping points in their last two matches after an initial five match winning streak

Ushuru will take on St Joseph Youth in the second match. Struggling St Joseph, staring at relegation after amassing only 13 points from 23 matches will be out to frustrate Ushuru. The latter is second on the log with 47 points from 22 matches. A win for Ushuru, who have a game in hand, will take them to a point behind league leaders Vihiga United, pending the outcome of the latter’s match against Wazito on Sunday

Agro Chemical

In other matches, basement side MOSCA will host GFE 105 at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos, while Bidco United will be up against Modern Coast Rangers at the Thika sub-county Stadium. The Moi Stadium in Kisumu will also host a derby pitting Palos against Agro Chemical on Sunday while FC Talanta will play an early kick off against Kibera Black Stars on Sunday as from 11 am
