Kenya U17 National Team coach Michael Amenga has exuded confidence in his charges ahead of their Union of North African Federations (UNAF) U18 Tournament opener against Egypt.
This as the team held their final training session in preparation for the match.
“This session was meant for us to brush through some technical aspects of the game that we will be looking to implement tomorrow (Saturday),” said coach Amenga.
“The boys are well prepared and highly motivated. We know Egypt is one of the top nations on the continent but we are also equal to the task and we’ll give a good account of ourselves,” he added.
The match will be played on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at the Tolip Borg El Arab Stadium starting 4.15 pm EAT. Also in line for the Junior Stars are matches against Algeria, Tanzania, and Morocco.
