Wazito kicked off round 29 of the FKF National Super League with a 4-2 win over Coast Stima on Friday, April 26, 2019, at Camp Toyoyo.

On the back of a midweek setback which saw them lose three points off their 4-0 win over Kisumu All Stars due to fielding an ineligible player, Wazito were eager to make a statement. Paul Acquah made their intentions clear with the opener in the sixth minute.

Lucky Riziki leveled the scores for the visitors in the 23rd minute, but Joe Waithira would restore Wazito’s lead only four minutes later. Joe got his second on the half-hour mark, and just before halftime, Musa Masika made it four.

Coast Stima pulled one back in the 75th minute through Mohamed Kassim, but it was a little late as Wazito took home a crucial win, which gets them back on top with 60 points, pending Saturday action.
