Bidco United produced the highlight of match week five of the FKF National Super League, beating Muranga Seal 5-0 on Monday, October 23, 2019, at the Thika Stadium.
A brace apiece by Emmanuel Mogaka and Eric Kahunge, coupled with a goal by Anthony Simasi, saw Bidco rise to third on the log with 12 points.
Northern Wanderers’ poor run, meanwhile, went on, as they went down 3-1 to FC Talanta at Camp Toyoyo.
Northern Wanderers forward, Enock Momanyi, maneuvered his way to score the opening goal of the match at the 8th minute. Talanta replied with three goals before half time at the 16th minute, 26th minute and 31st minute by their forwards Antony Gachiu, Abdul Wahab and Brian Juma respectively.
Modern Coast and Vihiga United shared spoils as the game ended with a 1-1 draw. Athumain Ibrahim bagged an own goal for Vihiga United in the 21st minute. Vihiga United rectified their mistake at the 41st minute, where their Forward shot an equalizing goal.
