The Kenya women national team, Harambee Starlets, is set to leave for Ghana on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, ahead of their scheduled Olympic Qualifier.

Starlets have been in camp for a week now and it is all systems go for the crucial qualifier, whose winner proceeds to the fourth qualification round.

“We will try to contain their strong points away from home and possibly get an away goal,” said coach David Ouma.

“I am confident we can get a positive result away from home, to make it easier in the second leg,” he added.

The team departs on Tuesday at 8.10 am and is expected in Ghana at 1.30 pm EAT.
