Nairobi City Stars secured a 3-0 victory against Murang’a Seal in their FKF Premier league encounter on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Police Sacco Stadium.

The first half concluded without any breakthroughs, but City Stars got off the mark in the second half. Mohammed Ali broke the deadlock with a penalty kick in the 54th minute, followed swiftly by a Dennis Oalo goal just three minutes later, effectively doubling their lead. Yuto Kusaba sealed the deal with a late strike in the second half.

Meanwhile, at Sudi Stadium, Gor Mahia secured a crucial three points in their pursuit of the league title. The match against the millers saw Simiyu Daniel putting the hosts ahead from the penalty spot in the 26th minute. However, just before halftime, Gor equalized through Owino Sylvester in the 42nd minute.

The second half witnessed Gor extending their lead as a delivery from Shariff Musa found Wangai Bryson, who capitalized on the opportunity to score Gor Mahia’s second goal. Benson Omalla scored another goal in the 90th minute, securing all three points for his team.

Additionally, Kenya Police won by a sole Otieno Duncan goal in the 12th minute against KCB.

In other matches, Kakamega Homeboyz, Sofapaka, and Bandari were held to 1-1 draws by Kariobangi Sharks, Ulinzi Stars, and Bidco United, respectively.

FKF Premier League returns tomorrow Sunday, April 14, 2024 with a double header at Machakos Stadium. Tusker will clash with FC Talanta in the early kickoff match at 1 pm, followed by a face-off between Posta Rangers and AFC Leopards at 4 pm.
