After six exciting fixtures in the FKF Women Premier League this weekend the top two Vihiga Queens and Gaspo Women are still inseparable.
The two teams are tied on points and goal difference, but Vihiga Queens are top courtesy of goals for 35, against Gaspo’s 34.
Vihiga Queens beat Kayole Starlet 3-0 while Gaspo dispatched Kangemi Ladies, 6-1.
Thika Queens drew 2-2 with Bunyore Starlet at Mumboha Grounds. Ulinzi Starlets, who are hot on the current league holders, kept the pressure on with a hard-fought 3-2 win against Trans Nzoia Falcons.
Zetech Sparks are in the danger zone after Wadadia beat them 1-0 at the Mumias Sports Complex. Nakuru City Queens put in three past Kisumu Allstarlets on Saturday.
