Kayole Starlet and Bunyore Starlets were the most active FKF Women Premier League clubs during the 2022/23 mid-season transfer window, which closed on Monday, March 27, 2023.

Both clubs brought in six players with Kayole Starlet signing entirely from the FKF Women Division One league.

Bunyore Starlets signed players from Vihiga Queens and Trans Nzoia Falcons amongst others.

Vihiga Queens were also heavily active, signing 5 players from Bunyore Starlets, Gaspo Women, Gokulam Kerala (India), Ulinzi Starlets, and Makerere University (Uganda) Women.

Kisumu Allstarlets and Zetech Sparks have only signed one player from Wadadia and Oserian Ladies respectively this mid-season transfer window.
