The court case against FKF President Nick Mwendwa has been dismissed today at the Kiambu Law Courts.
FKF President Nick Mwendwa had originally been charged in Nairobi’s anti-corruption court but the case was dismissed by Milimani Senior Magistrate Eunice Nyuttu.
The Director of Public Prosecutions sought to file fresh charges in Kiambu but Mwendwa’s legal team objected leading to today’s ruling.
Kiambu Magistrate Wilson Rading set aside the charges that he termed as defective, unlawful, unconstitutional, and an abuse of the court process/criminal justice system.
