The Football Kenya Federation, in conjunction with the Confederation of African Football (CAF), has begun a three-day club licensing workshop on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, for their Men’s and Women’s Premier League and National Super League clubs, hosted at the Movenpick Hotel in Westlands.
Today, 2 representatives from each FKF Premier League and FKF National Super League club commence their workshop, which will conclude on April 3, 2024. Subsequently, the workshop will be followed by sessions for 24 representatives from FKF Women Premier League clubs and 32 representatives from FKF Women National Super League clubs on April 4, 2024.
The primary focus will be on the CAF Club Licensing Online Platform (CLOP), featuring comprehensive training sessions for club representatives on platform usage. They will also receive detailed presentations on the CAF Club Licensing regulatory framework (edition 2022) for both men’s and women’s categories, including explanations of the mandatory criteria for domestic and continental competitions.
